A London university are currently recruiting for a Registry Temp Administrator (Academic Services) to be campus based in East London who will report into the Registrar.
As the Registry Temp Administrator within Academic Services – you will provide support to the faculty, the student body and other departments to ensure that the institution provides an exceptional student experience.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Providing professional and efficient administrative support to the registry staff.
Completing data entry of assessment results and any associated quality assurance checks
Supporting processes relating to assessment
Providing support to students by signposting to relevant support services
Enhancing the student learning experience and engagement by assisting with student queries
To be successful with this role you will have extensive experience of working in an administrative role within the Higher Education or Further Education sector.
It is also essential that you have had the experience of working within a Higher Education or Further Education student support environment.
You will have good written communication as well as interpersonal skills to work with individuals at various levels. Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel, Word, Virtual Learning Environment platforms and Student Information Systems is also required.
