ADULT CARE
Freelance QCF Diploma Assessor Health and Social Care
Home-based freelance QCF Diploma Assessor – Health & Social Care L2 – L7 (adults and CYP) by E-Portfolio Essential.
The skills set & experience:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA level 3 Occupational competency within the adult Health and social care sector and/or children and young people sector.
- Have competent computer skills Excellent achievement rates Organisational skills Desirable: V1 Internal Verifiers Award or D34/TAQA level 4 Have strategic management experience.
- Hold a Level 3,4,5 qualification in Health and Social Care Knowledge of e-portfolio systems Willingness to complete workplace observations in own geographical area Driving licence and own vehicle.
CHILDCARE/EARLY YEARS
Are you ready for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced childcare professional to join our team and support our range of childcare students. You will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality childcare vocational in client locations, classroom-online.
Your passion for learning, coaching and developing others will empower individuals to develop their knowledge and skills and reach their potential!
The role is field-based and classroom-remote online learning.
Earning across settings in London and Outside of London, with 1 dedicated day per month for team meetings and individual CPD. Newly qualified assessors will also be considered.
The skills set & experience:
• Over 1 years of current experience as a tutor/assessor(desirable)
• Relevant assessing and teaching qualifications ie. TAQA or equivalent, PTLLS or above/equivalent (desirable)
• Minimum of 3 years of occupational experience in the early year’s sector (essential) with at least 2 years’ nursery management experience
• Able to deliver apprenticeships in Childcare (desirable)
• Experience of delivering functional skills to level 2 (desirable)
• Strong maths, English and IT skills

SUPPORTING TEACHING AND LEARNING IN SCHOOLS
We require an assessor/trainer of Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools to assess students in the workplace and at college. The ideal candidate will be an experienced assessor. The role will involve assessing students work or Classroom-remote learning in supporting teaching and learning in schools and Early Years in schools, nurseries and colleges. Newly qualified assessors will also be considered.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR
Freelance Functional Skills Tutor
We are looking for a number of tutors to deliver functional skills to learners from entry-level to level 2 with varying abilities and levels.
You will have a comprehensive induction and monthly supervisions with the Quality Manager / Sector lead and be part of a team within the sector who are able to help you with any issues and make sure you are on track to meet the achievable standards of a competent training organisation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Working from home you will be responsible for an agreed caseload of learners across the work area. You will need good organisational and communication skills and be responsible for planning your own diary. Work includes visiting learners within their place of work, providing one to one and group support, and teaching to classes of around 12 students in order for them to progress and pass exams in Functional Skills.
You will need to identify learner’s strengths and weakness’ through the initial assessment and support them accordingly to progress to next levels, be able to set and review SMART targets / provide progress feedback and provide support to ensure they meet their set goals & targets.
Qualifications and Skills
You should have a recognised teaching qualification and be capable of delivering training sessions as well as coaching 1 to 1.
Must have a level 3 /or subject specialism in English and Maths.
Recognised adult teaching qualification (PTLLS or above).
Experience of delivering Functional Skills to level 2.
Educated to GCSE / A’Level in Maths and English
Job Type: Contract
Salary: £20.00 to an hour
