If recruiting new staff is not an objective that fits within your organisation’s growth strategy, we can help you. we work with you to identify knowledge and skill gaps in areas that you feel your employees require support. We examine the workplace responsibilities of your employees to expertly match your requirements to the course curriculum that will provide the very best development opportunities. Our courses are created with the employer at the heart of the training schedule and each course we offer is tailored to specific, real-world job roles to ensure we deliver tuition that truly enhances the knowledge and skills of your employees.
Speak to us for advice and guidance, you will also receive additional financial incentives. These include an extra £1,000 for recruiting a 16-18-year-old apprentice or a 19-24-year-old apprentice with additional learning needs or an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan.
If you have less than 50 employees, then the Government meets the full cost of Apprenticeship training for those aged 18 and under. For employees aged over 19, they will pay for 95% of Apprenticeships training, with the employer co-investing 5%.
