This Level 3 training course (formerly called the PTLLS) is the perfect way to enter the adult education sector. So, if you would like to become an adult teacher, trainer, or assessor, this course is ideal for you to begin your career. The course is highly rated, and recommended, you will learn in a classroom with great facilities including printed course materials, and online Moodle submission. You will cover three units including understanding the roles, responsibilities, and relationships in education and training, understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training and understanding assessment in education and training. The final assessment will be submitting three written assignments, and one micro teaching session, which consists of a recorded video. All assignments must be submitted to the online portal for marking and a hard portfolio will be required for final submission.

You will receive an accredited Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Those who successfully complete this Level 3 Award in Education and Training can go on to Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training or the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
In addition, anyone who holds this Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualifies you to be an Assessor, Teacher, or Trainer. For any of these positions, you’ll command a high salary and will be in demand. The average salary of a Teacher in the UK is £27,995 per annum.
