So, if you would like to become an adult teacher, trainer, or assessor, this course is ideal for you to begin your career. The course is highly rated, and recommended, you will learn in a classroom with great facilities including printed course materials, and online Moodle submission. You will cover three units including understanding the roles, responsibilities, and relationships in education and training, understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training and understanding assessment in education and training. The final assessment will be submitting three written assignments, and one micro teaching session, which consists of a recorded video. All assignments must be submitted to the online portal for marking and a hard portfolio will be required for final submission. Completing this course will allow you to build practical teaching skills and knowledge. Upon successful completion of this course, you’ll be awarded a Pearson BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF).
